What You'll Need.
Paraffin Wax, Gel Wax,Colour Tabs,Wire Core Wick,Wick Tab,2 Old S/Steel Saucepans,S/Steel Spoons,Fork or Wire Whisk,Glasses
Method.
Melt paraffin wax over low heat, when nearly all melted take the pan off the heat. While wax is cooling, whisk with an egg whisk. When this
is nearly set fill a ¼ of the sundae glass with the melted, whipped paraffin. (Melt gel wax while whisking paraffin wax)
Wick sundae glass by threading wick through tab and clip with pliers. Glue the wick tab to the bottom of the glass.
To melt gel wax, place in stainless steel pan and melt over low heat until it reaches 95 degrees F (35C). Turn heat off, add colour (using gel
safe colour) and fragrance (about 4 drops of gel safe fragrance), making sure both are evenly dispersed. Allow to cool slightly and pour, into
already prepared glass. Fill to about ¾ full. (allowing room for paraffin top)
Melt remaining paraffin wax. Whisk as before. Pour onto cooling gel wax. (gel wax can either be completely set, for a definite difference in
appearance or slightly soft, for a mixed effect)
Sprinkle with cosmetic grade glitter or tiny glass beads. Make sure they do not go near the wick, as it could cause the wick to clog while
burning.
Candle Burning Instructions
1. Never burn a candle unattended.
2. Never burn for more than four hours at a time.
3. Always trim wick to 6mm above gel surface before use.
4. Never burn the last 1inch of the candle.
